Zion Lee began her musical activities at the age of three and currently enjoys many different active careers as a Violinist, English Teacher, and Social Media Manager.

Born in Korea but having spent almost 20 years of her life in the States, Zion received her Master of Music degree in Violin Performance at the Bienen School of Music at Northwestern University in June 2020, under the tutelage of Gerardo Ribeiro. She still works closely with Ivan Ženatý and Jinjoo Cho, with whom she studied with, during her time at the Cleveland Institute of Music for her Bachelor of Music degree. As an avid chamber musician, her mentors include the Dover Quartet, the Cavani String Quartet, Desiree Ruhstrat, Jose Mendez, Peter Salaff, Sean Lee, and many more. Zion performed with her chamber ensemble and duo for many events in Chicago and Cleveland, providing music performances and recordings for local churches and wedding venues. During the Covid-19 pandemic, she ran a small, international studio of private students that she taught through online lessons.

Wishing to create a positive and inspiring environment for musicians and help bring high-quality music to the public, she works as a Social Media Public Relations Associate for the Geneva Music Festival since the 2021 Season in Geneva, New York. She also worked internationally for the BOM Arts Project company in Seoul, South Korea as an intern, managing and providing direction for the company's social media public relations field. With her remaining time over the pandemic, Zion led a team of baristas at her local Starbucks as a shift manager and barista trainer in Ames, IA.

Zion has since moved back to Seoul, South Korea. With her TESOL/TEFL certificate, she taught English to students between grades 1 through 9 in one of the most competitive education-focused areas of Gangnam, Daechi. She communicated with parents 1-on-1 every day supervising her students' growth and also created and developed a new summer intensive debate class incorporating famous films. She now works as an admissions officer a secondary education institute in Daechi.

Zion is a believer in the goodness and potential of people. Whether it is her relationship to her music students, English students, or Social Media clients, she has supported the people involved and helped them learn, grow, and adapt to the quickly changing society and trends. Through this growth she emphasizes holding on to the most important value: who they are as a person, friend, and family member. Anyone can join Zion in this journey of discovering oneself, learning to love that person, and using that knowledge, skills, and talents to spread goodness to the rest of the world.

The journey can start with your comfort zone, right here, right now.
